Priority Urgent Care
Our trusted urgent care center is committed to delivering professional and efficient healthcare services. Our comprehensive range of acute care services includes:
- On-site X-rays and casting for fractures
- Suturing for wound closure
- Assessment and treatment of minor eye concerns, including foreign body removal
- Incision and drainage of abscesses
- Prompt evaluation and treatment of common infections, with the option of IV antibiotics when necessary
- Effective acute pain management
- Expert management of allergic reactions

Who Are We
Welcome to Priority Health, conveniently located on the first floor of the Jerry Coughlan Health and Wellness Centre, where we are committed to serving the Durham community.
Our Centre spans an impressive 4,000 square feet, and aims to provide exceptional care in both Family Medicine and Urgent Care. Our group of family doctors at the North Durham Family Health Organization are a dynamic, young group of physicians from diverse backgrounds who are fluent in many different languages. Connected to our family medicine offices is Priority Urgent Care, where we are excited to deliver a comprehensive range of urgent care services that, in time, will exceed the limitations of traditional walk-in clinics.
