New Patient Registration and Appointment Booking

Welcome to Priority Health Clinic! If you’re a new patient, follow these simple steps to register and book your first appointment:

  1. Visit Our Portal: Go to Priority Health Clinic and select “Patient.”
  2. Registration: When asked if you’ve registered with us before, select “No.”
  3. Appointment Reason: Enter “New Patient Visit” as the primary reason for your visit.
  4. Visit Type: Choose “in-person or phone visit” (note: all new patient appointments must be in person).
  5. Appointment Type: Select “New Patient.”
  6. Choose a Practitioner: Pick a practitioner from the list. If no appointments are available, select “Okay” to choose another practitioner.
  7. Select a Date and Time: Choose an available date and time within the next 14 days. If you need an appointment beyond 14 days, please check back later.

Important Notes:

  • Each appointment is for one person. To book for additional family members, please complete the process separately for each person.
  • If you already have a doctor at our clinic, you cannot switch providers.
  • If you have been seen in our urgent care and need a regular appointment, please email us at [email protected] with your name, date of birth, and phone number. Use the subject line “Looking for New Patient Appointment,” and our booking coordinator will contact you.
