How to Access Your Message from Priority Health

When a physician, nurse or receptionist sends you a secure message through our system, you will receive a text message and/or email that looks like the examples below.

Secure Login Screens

After you tap the link, you’ll be taken to a secure login page.

Steps to View Your Message

  • Tap the link in the text message or email.
  • Click the blue link in the text message. It will open a secure browser window.
  • Enter your Identification:
    • In the “Identification” field, select OHIP from the dropdown menu.
    • Type your OHIP number in this format: 123456789/AA — make sure to include the / between the numbers and version code.
    • Enter your Date of Birth in the format shown (e.g., YYYY / MM / DD).
  • Click “Login”.
  • Once your info is entered, tap LOGIN.
  • Read and Reply (Optional): You’ll see the message from your physician. You can type a response and click Submit if a reply is needed.

Security Reminder

The link expires within 24 hours. If it doesn’t work, contact our clinic and we’ll resend it.
