Dr. Christopher Westbrook earned his undergraduate degree at McMaster University in kinesiology and his medical degree from the University of Western Ontario. He completed his family medicine residency at the University of Toronto and completed a third year of training once again through McMaster University in rural emergency medicine.
Dr. Westbrook has been a dedicated family physician at Medical Associates of Port Perry and has also served as an emergency medicine physician at Lakeridge Health for over 10 years. His leadership includes a term as Chief of Emergency Medicine at Lakeridge Health’s Port Perry Hospital, as well as a board member of Medical Associates of Port Perry. He also teaches residents and medical students from both Queen’s University and the University of Toronto.
Dr. Westbrook now joins Priority Health Urgent Care as an urgent care physician.
Dr. Ehsan Samiee
Dr. Samiee completed his training at University of Toronto in 2017 after graduating medical school at Saba University School of Medicine. In addition to family medicine, he practices emergency medicine at Lakeridge Health, where he served as Chief of Emergency Medicine and assistant medical director of emergency medicine at Port Perry hospital. His main interests are teaching, acute medicine and point of care ultrasound. His practice is strongly focused on person focused, and evidence-based medicine. He aims to empower his patients to reach their health goals and help to make a healthier community.
Dr. Nikhil Anand
Dr. Nikhil Anand obtained his Doctor of Medicine degree from St. George’s University in Grenada and his Family Medicine residency training at the University at Buffalo in New York state. His clinical interests span preventive medicine, global health, academic medicine, and urgent care. Dr. Anand’s diverse medical background includes training and practicing in four countries and nine cities, which has instilled a profound understanding of varied healthcare needs in different patient populations. This global perspective influences his approach to patient care, ensuring a culturally sensitive and comprehensive understanding of health and wellness
Outside of practicing medicine, Dr. Anand enjoys travelling, collecting antiques, exploring genealogy, reading about astronomy, and spending time with his nieces and nephews.

Dr. Sharon Nadarajah graduated from St. George’s University School of Medicine and completed her family medicine residency at the University at Buffalo. She is passionate about building connections with her patients and serving her community. Her medical interests include women’s health and preventive care. Outside of work, she enjoys playing the piano and guitar, travelling with her husband, and spending time with her family.
Dr. Jesmin Soroardy
Dr. Soroardy started her career as a Family Physician in Edmonton, AB in 2015. With more than a decade of experience in Family Medicine in Canada and in international level Dr. Soroardy has honed her skills in the field through rigorous clinical practice and continuous passion for learning.
Dr. Soroardy has worked in diverse clinical settings including family practice, walk in clinics and in urgent care clinics. In her practice Dr. Soroardy is deeply committed to providing care that is compassionate, comprehensive and culturally sensitive. She has served a wide variety of patient demographics offering her medical expertise in both urban and rural settings across Canada and Bangladesh.
Dr. Soroardy is a strong believer in the power of communication and education as fundamental tools in health care. Her dynamic personality, effective listening skill combined with her clinical skill set allows her fostering a trusting doctor-patient relationship.
Dr. Umair Shafique
Dr. Umair Shafique grew up in Toronto, Canada. He completed his medical training at SABA University School of Medicine. After which he pursued a research fellowship in adult cardiology at the University of Toronto. Subsequently he did his residency training in Internal Medicine at Staten Island University Hospital. After completing his training, he spent 3 years practicing in Mississippi eventually becoming outpatient clinic director for the Internal Medicine Residency Program at Memorial Hospital at Gulfport. He subsequently moved back to Ontario in 2024.
